The task about disaster solution of incoming call to 3CX system.

The 3CXpbx is connect to operator T-Mobile.
The incoming call from T-Mobile is routed first to Call Flow Apps.
Call Flow Apps will select the right Call Queue number.
Call Queue will search the free agent number.
My task, if the SIP trunk from T-Mobile operator going to down, can be 3CXpbx initate some action,
ex.- the SMS notfication ?
It is task customer.
