Theme configuration

Hi All, I am starting on this clients forum, and really hope you can help me.

Is there a way to force select a theme and a Custom Image?

I want all my clients phones to use the black theme with my logo image.

Lots of discussion around about pushing stuff via GPO and Logon.
May need to search around.

All my users are remote, there is no way to push stuff this way, it should be via provisioning or any remote option.
