Hi!

We are trying to use the 3CX widget on our website.
Our PBX is deployed on Debian PC in our office.

Chat works, but there is no sound when trying to make a call through WEB

I think some ports on the router are closed.
Tell me where to read about it or perhaps there is a list.

It is important for the firewall check to pass when using an on-premises server.

The audio ports will need to be open.

We did not forward UDP ports.
Now everything is working
