Hi all,
Sorry if this post was created before, but couldn't find a solution.
I have setup the 3cx, it works fine internally, firewall tests passed, i can receive and make calls externally, however the external user can't hear me.
I can hear him (doesn't matter who makes the call).
Can you please advise what to check?

Hello @yargyrou

This could be any number of things and I am afraid there is no simple solution. To get a better idea of the issue please let us know what you are using to make and receive calls (SIP Trunk, gateway, etc) and which devices are you using to do so. Also let us know of the PBX version you are running and where is it installed (on premise, cloud, self hosting).

Hi Yiannis,
Thanks for your reply.
So i have setup a SIP trunk, i am uaing a yealink w60p and two 3cx windows clinets. I am running v18 update 2 hosted on premise.
Problem appears either using the yealink or softphones.

What sip provider

SIP provider is cablenet, Cyprus
The first step I would recommend is to use a 3CX supported provider since we have not tested Cablenet and we don't know the configuration required to make them work.
Having said that I will send you a p.m shortly for some extra information.

For those interested in this the issue has to do with static routes as the provider was using a local box. One of the required static routes was missing.
