Thinking about buying...

But I have several questions,

Is there support for internal FXO cards? (pci)
Second, I've heard alot of people talk about QoS issues, but I work in an office of 5 people, most the traffic is internet/file sharing, do I really need to invest in a $1,000+ Layer 2 Switch? Or would my regular 10/100 switch I have right now do the trick?
Last but not least I'm looking to do cisco 7960's for phones, would they work?

3CX doesnt support PCI cards of any type has far has my knowledge goes, about the Cisco phones, yes they would work....
Now, about the QoS thing, you dont need to spend 1000dollars on a switch to get QoS to work, i bought myself a 100 dollars 24port 10/100 switch with QoS, he prioratizes traffic accoring to the CoS value set on the devices. You can try it with you switch anyway and see if theres choppy sound, or sound cut off's, if not... maybe you dont need to upgrade your switch, it all depends on how many calls you thinking on doing at same time, codec used... bandwith avaible...
