Hello,
We have a customer that uses an unsupported provider, and we have their calling setup without issue.
However, they want to have SMS working, and the provider does not support webhooks. Instead, the provider offers a NetSapiens API to allow access to their SMS server.
Does anyone have experience with building or utilizing a third-party SMS gateway that can bridge the gap between 3CX and trunk providers that offer only API access?

I assume you could create a man-in-the-middle service, but this would be fairly expensive to create, and is it really worth the effort when there are plenty of supported carriers available that don't require a 3rd-party tool? Perhaps you are in a region that does not offer one of the supported carriers?

I agree, I was just hoping maybe there was something else I hadn't thought of or someone knows of a service made just for this exact scenario.
We don't manage that trunk so it's not up to us, unfortunately...
