Time for Firmware Update Snom D785 10.1.39.11 ?

Hello 3cx,

when can we expect a new firmware release for the D785?

We have currently an issue with DTMF which is known by Snom and probably fixed in the current firmware.

10.1.39.11 Corrections: SAP-3489: Sometimes the DTMF-inband-support did stop after approximately 24 days, SIP INFO user_dtmf_info was not affected #Asterisk #3CX [SCPP-8745]

Without working DTMF we can't even join our own conferences. Tell people to reboot their phone every 20 days

You can try to update manually one D785 to 10.1.39.11 and see if DTMF problem is gone, in MC you'll have a warning for unsupported FW version but this is just for 3CX support, if phone works fine this is the most important.

I will do that with some phones, but not funny to do that for the whole company

It's not the idea, just to see if problem is gone, for sure if you have hundreds of phones you can't do this manually

that's clear, I intended to do that anyway, but now I have to wait at least 3 weeks and even if the problem is fixed with it, it won't help me if 3CX doesn't release the update.

Thats why I asked when is the release, not how to test properly.
