Hello!
(Sorry for my English...)
Our 3cx is in the local net of a linux box with 2 wan connection (a fast connection = 30 voice channels, and a slow backup line = 4 channels).
I have 2 providers: first is routed by the linux box on the fast-line, second on the slow-line.
I have a outbound rule with 2 routes: route1=provider1=fast-line, route2=provider2=slow-line. When I drop sip packets on the linux box for provider1 = 3cx receive not answer for his sip invite -s, then 3cx waits 30+ sec before try route2 in the outbound rule. Why? Can I set this timeout to 3 sec?
thanks,
SA
