I am new to 3cx can you tell how to get that infoDoes your outbound rule allow you to call that prefix?
Active call logs say"Can you dial non toll-free numbers via 3cx ?
What does activity log tells you when you try to dial toll-free numbers
Can I know what to check in that rule, currently it's set for 0 to PRI calls and 900 for VoIPDoes your outbound rule allow you to call that prefix?
if possible can you give a screenshot, I tried as you told it didn't work for meIf you are trying to dial a 1800 number, just go to your outbound rule and strip 1 digit from your outgoing route which goes to your PRI gateway. Your gateway is receiving 01800....
your solution worked great for me with the 1800 number but it's killing by local calling so I added an additional route with your suggestion which is working great thank you for helping me with the issues.Your rule should look similar to this
You define the 0 to go to your PRI gateway. I am assuming this is to "open a line to the PSTN" (which isnt needed but that is OK)
you need to tell the PBX to remove this 0 before sending it to the gateway
Your rule should look similar to this.
