Toll Free numbers

Hi,

Is it possible to integrate Toll-Free numbers into VoIP?

The requirement is, we have Toll Free number through which customers can reach us, and we want the calls to this number be routed to our extensions.
Is that possible?

If so, how will it be charged as it is most probably analog to voice switching.

And who determines the charges? Is it the VoIP provider or the Telco ?

Depends on your provider. With Vitelity, the number is routed like any other number. They charge per minute based on usage (typically more than the non-toll free rate).

In other cases, you may have a toll free number with one provider and they simply forward that to one of your local numbers (the "ring to" number) regardless of who provides dial tone.
