Too many login attempts

I have a subdomain hosted by 3cx, it was a re-installed instance, and I am now getting "Too Many Login Attempts, Contact Admin" when I'm trying to login as my admin. It's a new instance, literally installed (within minutes). But the subdomain has been active for about a week. This such a new account, is there a chance of actually too many attempts -- from someone else. Because I'm logged into the admin and working on configuration. Thanks for any input.

Your IP is probably blacklisted. Try unblocking it using your cellphone.
