Have downloaded the softphone on my laptop, gave up trying on the wifes iMac!!!!

Anywho, got the phone on the desktop, can`t get a shortcut sorted, and it says Not connected on the phone screen. Can someone out there help me please. All I want to do is make some calls. Thanks in anticipation.

There isn't a Mac version, just yet.

Are you trying to get it working as a 3CX extension, or with your VoIP provider?

What are you trying to do, as far as a shortcut? You should be able to copy (hold down Ctrl), and drag to the desktop.
