Total Talk time 6.08:07:11 ... what ?!

I'm confused with the total talking time in the extension reports.
If someone is on the phone for 13 hours 6 minutes and 53 seconds I'll see 13:06:53, which makes perfect sense.
However some of the values are in decimals, like 1.09:16:39, or 6.08:07:11 ... how much time is that ?! It's not 6.08 hours, it's not 608 hours, what is it ?!
