I keep getting missed call notifications when a call comes into my work pc extension. However none of my incoming call routes send calls to my extension. I'm trying to figure out where in 3cx I can go to figure out what number this person called and how it came to the conclusion to send it to my phone.

I searched audit log and activity log with no luck.

Any ideas?

Can you not even find it if you run a Call Report?

I keep getting missed call notifications when a call comes into my work pc extension.
Also, when you say "missed call notifications" are you actually referring to missed calls on the 3CX App or IP Phone, or perhaps an email notification informing you of a missed call?

Even a call report doesn't show anything extra. Somehow this outside call is going straight to my extension. No idea how or why.

Ok. We added a block of numbers but haven't put them in the incoming call routes yet. Apparently this is just how 3cx works when calls from a siptrunk with no route is setup. Case solved. errrr. ha.

Yes the SIP Trunk does have a default routing so that is where you probably had your extensions. In any case, glad to see you got this sorted!

Feel free to start a new thread should anything else come up!
