TRACING SCAM CALLS

Hallo there.
Is there any way to trace calls from scammers who using voip servers especially when they are spoofing caller ID ?

Using packet captures maybe, if they use VoIP. However, these details would be easier seen from the provider side than the PBX, as the provider rewrites the SDP before sending it to the PBX.
