Track status of extension

May i know if there is a way to track the status of extension?

Is there a log file that can reveal when the extension is online and when it become offline ?

Hi @siscom,

The log file to which Steven is referring would be the 3CXManagementConsole.log and search the string "profile", you should see something like:
