Transcription and Storage

I am in the process of testing conversion from V18 to V20. I have one question. I used to be able to use Google for translation services, and SharePoint for backup. From what I read if I still want to use google translation I have to backup to google also. Am I correct? Thanks for your insight.

In version 20, only one remote location is available for recordings and backups. If you use Google AI, this location will archive backups and call recordings. However, you can still use OpenAI or 3CX AI for transcriptions. With 3CX AI, a Pro subscription allows you to use it for voicemails, while an Enterprise subscription extends support to both voicemails and call recordings. In this case, SharePoint can be used as the remote active location.
