Transcription with OpenAI sometimes fails

We have had a bunch of calls recently that do not get a transcription from OpenAI. We have double checked all forms of limits on OpenAI side and they are very relaxed.
What I have found is "Transcription stopped working: HTTP Response code BadRequest ()" then starts working again anything from a few seconds to over 1 hour.

Is there something on the 3CX server that needs to be adjusted ?

Excited for SP7 if thats the case...Maybe tease a little more? haha. However installed the SP6, and still have the same problem sadly.

Only option is to reboot phone system to have it work for a few hour hours or a day then it'll stop.

Hello,

In addition to the above in U7 the phone system will try to transcribe the recording one more time in case of an error. Additionally there will be a transcribe button which will allow to transcribe the recording on demand
