Transfer internal call

Hi All

I have a problem with my 3cx. when i transfer a internal call or pick up a internal call
i get a scrattccch sound

Any Solution ?

Please consult your logs, and post the section of this failure.

Also, please provide more information. What version of 3CX? What Phone are you using? What version of that phones software/firmware? Does the call reach the intended destination with the scratching sound, or does it simple error on your phone?
