Transfer outbound call option disabled even after call is connected to voice mail

We need to transfer an outbound call to a digital receptionist, but even after hearing the voice message beep sound, the transfer option remains disabled.

Is there any other way to transfer the call to a digital receptionist after the voice message beep sound?
