Transfer to a real number, if no answer transfer to another

Hello,
I'd like to transfer a call to a real number (a real line) and if this line dosen't answer after 20 sec, transfer this call to a voicemessage.
I've tried by creating a ring group (and one extension who always transfer the call to this real number) but it doesn't work.
Someone can help me ?

If I understood what you are trying our system doesn't support it.
