Transfer to Shared Park BLF

Hello

How can we transfer a call to a shared park? We have tried using the transfer button on the phone and pressing the shared park button but it comes up with an invalid dial plan error.

Using Grandstream GXP2160 phones.

Is there a better way to do it and utilise the BLF keys?

The phone is the one with the dial plan issue, You can try and use a string like:
{x+ | \S\P1 | \+x+|*x+|*xx*x+}

the \S\PX is the dial string needed where X is the parking spot. You can add additional spots as needed using the same format, but if using templates, you need to modify so that it is not overwritten on a restart of the phone.

I am using the following dial plan which work perfectly.

{x+|\S\Px|\S\Pxx|\+x+|*x+|*xx*x+}

Also make sure that they park value on the template is 9 to be able to park a call with one click.
