Transfer to Voicemail

Hi all

In the old Electron App, PWA and Webclient, when searching for a user to transfer a call to, you get the options for extension, voicemail and mobile (if added to the user's profile). This doesnt appear when searching on the Windows Softphone - although it does appear via Panel when right-clicking on a call to transfer, but with panel, you seem to only be able to blind transfer.

Is this feature going to appear on the Windows softphone anytime soon?

Currently we show the user extension and the user mobile.

Thanks @ThomB_3CX - I know it's a feature that many of our customers like.

It would also be nice to have the choice of Blind or Attended transfer when transferring using the BLFs on the softphone.

The latter is already possible. You click on Blind Transfer or attended transfer first, then click on the BLF. By default without clicking the operation, the blf will peform a Blind Transfer

Ahh, so it does - may I suggest that it would be nice to have the choice of the default transfer action on the BLF, just like we do for IP phones. I think the majority of our customers opt for attended transfers these days, especially with more and more people remote working.

I would like to just voice my support for having the Transfer to Voicemail option return. I did the V20 upgrade on the weekend and the front line staff are very upset with me about the removal of that ability.

I have been teaching them the *4 thing, but they are right that this was a regression in functionality for them.
