Transfering call to an external number

I'm tring to transfer an inbound call from the skype gateway to an external number dialed from a pstn. Both of them works perfect but when i tried to forward to an external number the 3cx says that there is no outbound rule for the external number. and there is an outbound rule for that. For that outbound rule who will be the extension making the call?

Ok, The problem was on the outbound rule. now is working and I have to say that works like a charm. Just leave blank the extensions and the number lenth, and put the external phone number with the prefix in the prefix space and done.
