transfering to ext when phone is ringing

Hi all, what happens when you are in a "Q" and you want to transfer a call to a ext? Does the transferred call get first try?

Not sure in understand the question. Do you mean what happens if while you are being polled by the Queue and another call is transferred to you? Is the call transferred directly to the extension or in the Queue?

correct almost, if the call is transferred to you while the phone is ringing does that call go to VM or will it take precedence

If the extension is polled or ringing at the time of the transfer then the call will go to the busy or unregistered destination.
