transferred call to an extension ring 7 times. Where do i set that to only ring 2 time before it goes to voicemail?

Can i do that globally or do i have to do that on each phone?

Each extension has a set amount of time before it goes to voicemail and this can be edited via "Forwarding Rules" in each extension.
