Hello
I upgraded the client to V20, and they started having this problem.
The system a self hosted PBX, a SBC on a local windows server. Yealink T46S phones(about 8 of them).
Problem
- An income call gets picked up by the receptionist, and then "Blind" transfers it to the correct person. The call is then gone from their phone.
- The person then picks up the phone, but they cannot hear the incoming caller, just silence. If the press hold twice they then pick up the income call.
- The caller hears the on-hold music after being transferred.
- In the recording of the call, you can hear the correct person saying, "Is there anyone there" and the incoming caller waiting without the on-hold music.
What I have tried so far:
- Restarted the server
- Removing and re-adding the phones under each extension
In my words this is what is happening:
The Call is going to the phone as it rings but the voip connection is not made active when the person picks up the phone?
How do I fit it?
Cheers
Andrew
