I am a total Brit newbie. Our small company, three employees, is using a hosted 3cx platform through Yealink deskphones and one dect, and we are trying to come to terms with what is possible. Can someone please tell me:
If the office is to be left unattended, but we want to remain in touch AND we want to let people know what is happening is it possible to simple punch in a code on the yealink which lets the sytem know that

- All future calls are to go to the following (entered after code) number
- When we return, we enter a kill code which ends the automated transfer.
