• IP Phones: Support not included

i know 4 SC licenses are not supported ( tech support) from 3cx, so" IP phone Support not included " means IP phones cannot be connected / provisioned in 4SC Basic or

we can use 3CX free SBC and IP phones, but its trouble shooting is not supported ?

Its not supported means it wont work. No ip phones on the basic system.

It might be good to add a "SIP/hardware phones" row to https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/features/.

Thats correct. With Basic you can use phones and SBC. Just the 4sc Free isnt working with sip phones.
