I want to open the chat box by clicking a text or a button on my web page.

Is there a trigger I can use to open the chat box instead of clicking its own icon?

From the WordPress plugin, try to use the "Gutenberg Blocks".

Could you please elaborate more.

I am using Divi theme, so how can I make use of the things listed in the Gutenberg blocks?

Do you have steps for me to follow?

Hello

From Settings > Enable Gutenberg Blocks


Then on Page Editor you can Add a Block of "WP Live Chat Trigger"

Try it and let me know.
