Tring to send SMS from Windows softphone using twilio

Did all the steps listed here (https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sms-text/ )
The test is a success.
I chose route SMS and send it to the extension corresponding to my desktop on the network.
I then got the the extension and enabled SMS, but the pull down is empty....

On the desktop client, i tried chat but i can only chat to other extension.

SMS is only supported on the Webclient and mobile clients for now. Windows client is not supported.

When you say the pull down is empty do you mean the the option "Can send SMS via" under the extension settings? If so can you confirm that you can see Twilio configured under the SMS tab?

Yes I mean the "Can send SMS via" under the extension settings, this pull down is empty.
I don't see any SMS tab. The only mention of Twilio is under messaging setting in the configure section.

What PBX version are you running and what browser are you using to access the management console?
