Hello everybody,
I have problems getting 3CX registering to the ISPs Sip Server.
Antel says explicitly in a mail:
"OBS: El troncal de ANTEL no utiliza registro SIP (no se utiliza usuario y contraseña). Antel
envía el mensaje “OPTION” como heartbeat y el equipo del cliente debe responder
automáticamente este heartbeat con el mensaje “200 OK” como muestra el siguiente ejemplo
de captura de Wireshark:"
This means, that the sip trunk from Antel uses no SIP register (no user/password are used). Antel sends an "OPTION" message as heartbeat and our server should answer automatically with the message "200 OK". The following is the screen capture sent in that mail... I get no near to this results...
So, until now I have not managed to get our 3CX connected to the sip server. But I have done ping tests to 2 IPs offered such for this purpose by Antel, and the connectivity is given. So, how do I get our 3CX registered to this sip server?
