We have a client who was installed on V18 and configured all the trunks (khomp UM104), at the time approved by 3CX, and after updating to V20, it is not possible to edit the trunks, having to delete and recreate them as Generics, I understand that 3CX have removed the gateway as approved. But after the update, you won't be able to edit them anymore, which is bad for the client and the partner. We have clients with more than 300 DIDs created.

You can edit them. You need to recreate a SIP trunk as generic, then instead of provisioning it you use the Khomp web interface to configure it. It's a one time thing in one SIP Trunk account.

It's not that it does not supported - you have to work with Khomp to configure it for 3CX and they might have to adjust the template but they should be able to assist.

To edit I need to recreate the trunk, which I don't accept, we have a client with 30 Khomp gateways working, with at least 30 DIDs, can you imagine doing all this again? Unacceptable. The update needs to bring benefits and not difficulties to our customers.

Is there any expectation of a solution to this problem, we have a client that we need to update and he did not accept the fact of reconfiguring more than 30 gateways
