Trouble with Inbound SMS via Flowroute

I am new to Flowroute as a SIP provider, and also the first time setting up SMS in 3CX. I'm on 18.5 and have setup my trunk with 1 DID. Outbound SMS is working fine, but I'm not getting any inbound SMS.

In Flowroute I have SMS enabled, with my 3CX webhook URL. The version in Flowroute is set to v2.0. Flowroute tells me the webhook URL is not reachable. Not really show where to go from here.

I am having similar issues. I can send outbound SMS messages, but inbound are not working post update 6.

I found a command that did work for me in the past, and with a little modification, worked again now:

The information needs to be updated if INBOUND SMS is not working...

Be sure to enter the FlowrouteDIDs that receive SMSs, I had to run this on each of the numbers we use. Once I did, and once I had updated the settings as per the updated documentation, all went back to working. Hope this works for you as well.

And from 3CX, I'm wondering why this would need to be done? Do I need to speak with Flowroute?

I had this happen as well after the update. I went in and even recreated the SIP entry, still no go on inbound SMS. Doing some more research with Flowroute, you can set the callback URL in the Preferences and API Configs... well, another document said to set it by going to your DIDs and choose the action of 'Set Call Back URL' so I did it there the second time. Bingo, working. Not sure why, but it resolved the issue.
