We've configured a cfd script with different IVR's. Our customer complains that calls are often dropped after doing all the choices. But how can I troubleshoot this?
First I go to Reporting > CAll log to find the dropped call. I see 2 lines from the same number. First one to Ext.support_line_customers.Main (cfd name) and second one to the call queue. Is this the same call or is the second one a new call? :

Then I download the 3CXCallFlow.125623.log and try to find the call, see below. What does |2915|0013| mean? Is that combination linked to one call? And is |2915|0008| a different call?
I try to find everything from the same call. Do I need to download other logs to see what went wrong?
