Hi Guys,
I've very rarely or in fact not really used this to troubleshoot. Or at least i've attempted to and just not made any progress.
Do I have to have logging set to highest for the info to be recorded to the files used for the viewer or does it log the same info regardless?
My boss is telling me his phone is auto answering from a specific CID and Im trying to figure out why, Was hoping the viewer would tell me something other than "EXT xxx has joined the call".
Currently on medium logging.
