Hello, I am currently trying to configure an sfr business truck on my 3cx server.
The trunck is based on IP authentication.
I can connect and make outgoing calls without problem.
However on incoming calls, I find myself with a problem.
When a call comes in, it makes my softphone ring one time out of three.
the other times I receive a message
On the caller:
"the number you requested is not allocated".
I contacted my sfr who sent me a screen which told me that it was the pbx which refused the call.
I am attaching the screen to you.
When my call goes through and my softphone rings:
- I pick up on the softphone
- On the caller, the call remains being dialed without dial tone
- after a few seconds on my softphone the call is hung up
- on the caller the caller ended up being hung up at least 30 seconds later.
If I like I hang up on one side or the other (caller / softphone)
the call is not completed on the other side.
After analyzing Wireshark frames, it turns out that my calls end up with error 481.
I am attaching the wireshark capture as well.
I also had the 407 eeror at one point but can't seem to reproduce.
and I also get an error 600
While searching the documentation I saw that it was necessary to create a route on the server using the command line, I tried to create this route but nothing worked.
Next to my sfr trunck I have an ovh trunck which works without any problem for outgoing and incoming calls. On the wireshark capture we can see a call to trunck which goes through without problem.
information about my 3cx server:
self-hosted
version: 18.0 (Build 20)
the firewall checks are all ok
