Solved Trunk Error Mail Template: Add Extension of Person Dialling

3CX PBX Professional 18.0 Update 1 (Build 234) / Windows 64 Bit self hosted.

PBX Settings > Email > Email Templates. Select template to edit = "Trunk Error"

I would like to know ift there is a way to add the "Extension" of the person that dials out for the Trunk Error Mail Template:

I'm afraid this is not possible for the particular email notification.

If you want to find out though the person monitoring these notifications can always just run a Call Report from that timeframe.
