Trunk SBC Yealink T46U has changed status to Up every few minutes

Hi

Since about a week I have a Yealink T46U as router phone on a remote location. Everything worked fine until this night around 3:40 AM I got every other minute an e-mail that the status of the SBC changed to Up. I don't know what the problem could be.
Attached a screenshot from 3CX Event Log.
It's 3CX running on Debian, ISO from 3CX. Version: 18.0 Update 8 (Build 939)

It’s losing connection. The up alert is at every reconnection. The down alert triggers after 5 minutes IIRC.

This indicates a connectivity issue from the router phone to the PBX FQDN. Have you checked your network?
