Hi all,
Our client recently had a new trunk added into their 3CX system hosted on a Windows Server box. Both trunks on this system are the same provider but with the new one we are seeing constant unregister and register events at inconsistent intervals.
We are using the providers template and have ensured SIP ALG is off and all firewall rules are okay (as I say works fine for the other trunk)
Speaking to the provider they believe the issue may be that the 3CX system appears to be sending 2 register requests in quick succession both using the same "nonce" value. So although one is going through the correct process (REG/401/REG/200), the other is getting rejected and causing a unregister in the phone system.
I'm not sure why the 3cx appliance is doing this behaviour and wondered if anyone could offer any pointers to fix this?
