Trunk Status: Busy Here

Hi All, It's me again!

Lately i have been checking the logs and found the following entrance:
Call or Registration to 0115515997651202@(Ln.10000@BROADVOICE) has failed. XXX.15.XXX.6 replied: 486 Busy Here; from IP:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060

What does it exactly means, any clues?

This means the trunk cannot process the call or that the phone is busy?

Means that called party is busy.
Pretty normal status.

Do you know why the log shows this as an error?

Because this is defined so by SIP standard. It is a request failure. Refer to: https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3261.txt
