Hi,
I have 2 trunks (2 bills) from the same provider.
Trunk 1 is working fine. The calls to trunk 2 goes to the first trunk?
That's annoying because i want a separated inbound rule and ivr.
The provider told me to disable call source identification on both trunks. Then my second trunk works fine (with the new inbound rule en ivr), but my first trunk doesn't work anymore.
I also tried "Use both "Call Source Identification" rules and "Caller Number/Name -> CalledNum" field mappings (Note: Disables catch all routing capability)", but i have the same issue.
After the trunk are broken, i can't get it back working like before. Even if i enable call source identification. I have to restore a backup of my 3cx.
Any idea?
Thanks!
