Trying to activate a renew licence 3cx 12.5 - could not contact license key server

Hi,
We received an updated maintenance license but every time I try to activate the license is say could not contact key server. We did some digging and it looks like it's trying to communicate to ip 151.80.125.67. When I try to ping that ip I get no response. Is there anyway to resolve this?
The pc that's hosting 3cx has no issue getting out to the internet and have already restarted it.

3CX has made a huge effort to let customers and partners know that for security reasons they needed to make changes to their activation servers. This change requires you to upgrade to 15.5 Service Pack 6 to activate your server. You have no options but to upgrade.
