Hello All,
I have downloaded image and I am trying to install Debian image but freezes at discover 11% .
Computer has 4 NTW cards and 2 of them are connected I have 2 NTW boards connected : 1 to lan and 1 to gpon - isp provider.(however I think that's too far) .
Debian has found the internet connection and tries to install but freezes at 11%.
What should I try ?

Thank you,
Daniel

Hi @dandumit,

Which progress bar is freezing at 11%? Can you send me a screenshot?

Did you install using the latest 3CX ISO that you downloaded from the customer portal?

Since you mentioned having multiple NICs (Network Interface Cards), make sure that only one of them has a Default Gateway set.

Iasu Vasilis ! Thank you for fast answer. blocks at debian install .
I have downloaded latest image from portal. Etched on a usb stick.
Tried several times to do install now 3rd or 4th time it's asking to mount a CD.
I think that has corrupted as well the usb drive ? or partition wasn't erased once again ?
What should I try ?
Thank you,
Daniel

Hi @dandumit,

What device are you installing this on? Can you give me the exact specs of the machine?

Please tell me one more thing : does it worth trying to install without internet connection ? As far as I see this is not a netinstall and during setup ethernet cards are being identified and recognize the one with internet access ...

Hi @dandumit,

3CX Requires an active internet connection, the deb installer will require internet as well as the 3CX installation as it contacts our activation servers.

Thank you @VasilisV_3CX for clarifying. I have posted a possible fix on the other thread. please put a suggestion how to set in GRUB intel_idle.max_cstate=1 it seems that this will fix the issue of this CPU

Great, I'll go ahead and close this thread then. Will take a look and if I can suggest anything I'll update the other thread!
