Trying to setup new Fanvil V62. Under SBC, not showing Local or Public IP

Has it connected to the PBX, and is its status green in the voice and chat page?

Status light is red. I did this on-site at the customers business. This is the 1st phone, I selected user, clicked, IP Phone, Configure Phone, V62 & MAC, I selected "Connect Directly" But red light.
I noticed on another one of my customers that works, have the local IP and Public IP listed. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
my Voxtelesys Trunk is Green, just not the new router phone (3CX SBC)

Make sure the phone is on the proper firmware before assigning it to the PBX

The V62 should be on 2.12.20

The firmware fixed it! Great. I guess I have to write these steps down, because I keep forgetting, lol.
