Hi,
Since starting with 3CX 3-4 years ago i've manually configured the handsets but very recently have started looking at provisioning of handsets - Yealink T23G
Everything going well, interesting, useful but just got something I can;t get my head round.
The T23G has 3 x line keys which can be programmed for a variety of options/functions and once I provisioned a phone I log into it manually and program each of the 3 x line keys -
1 *20* Pickup
2 *771 Open (IN office Hours)
3 *772 Close (OUT of office hours)
These work perfectly however, if the phone re-provisions the manual programming is lost, as though the template/provisioning file sets those keys back to BLANK
Any guidance on which template/provisioning file I would need to 'customise' (and guidance as to that) much appreciated.
