Hi,
Since starting with 3CX 3-4 years ago i've manually configured the handsets but very recently have started looking at provisioning of handsets - Yealink T23G
Everything going well, interesting, useful but just got something I can;t get my head round.

The T23G has 3 x line keys which can be programmed for a variety of options/functions and once I provisioned a phone I log into it manually and program each of the 3 x line keys -
1 *20* Pickup
2 *771 Open (IN office Hours)
3 *772 Close (OUT of office hours)
These work perfectly however, if the phone re-provisions the manual programming is lost, as though the template/provisioning file sets those keys back to BLANK
Any guidance on which template/provisioning file I would need to 'customise' (and guidance as to that) much appreciated.

V16.0.5.612 Windows10 based

Hi,

This device have 3 line keys aka BLF keys.
This keys can be programmed in Extensions > Extension > BLF tab as "Custom Speed Dial"
The next time the phone is re-provisioned the keys are not set to BLANK.

So many thanks complex1 - as simple as that

So much appreciated

Kevin

Be careful of your *7 commands - this affects the entire PBX and not just a single extension.

Thanks for that Craig, it's for the IN and OUT of office hours commands - Some of the last ones out the office can never remember the code so at least on the button no excuse! All the best Kevin
