Tunnel Password Error in Assistant

Hi There

After setting and confirm operation of my 3cxAssistants I change the degault password of abc to Pxh_6789.

I set the new password in the 3cx manager.

The assistant will not connect. no other changes, just the password for the Tunnel

I setup a 3cx Proxy with same setting and password and that connect fine. The problem is limited to 3cxAssitant only..

Have you tried testing it with the softphone?

Have you tried a password without an underscore, just wonder if that is the problem?
