Turn off/edit Q-Manager and View features for users?

Hi,

The feature I am talking about is the View Manager I want to stop all users from being able to view this feature but I have had no luck in finding were I can turn this off.. Any one had this before?

While you can't disable the feature to open the Switchboard, you can regulate who sees who via their "Rights" on the extension level. Can you tell me your use case to better understand exactly what you'd like to happen?

Hello,

At current all users that are aware of this feature can look to see what calls are currently active in the company. We have had instances of users trying to call someone and when the number in engaged they are viewing this part of the application to investigate why they cannot contact that person etc...
Its something we do not want to encourage and if we can turn this feature off then it will save alot of head aches for me..

Great, then simply edit this in the extensions themselves. So for the extensions that shouldn't see others, edit and untick the 'Can see group members' right in the Rights section of the extension as shown below.

No joy with changing that setting the users are still able to see each others calls..

I have unticked all options

Are those users in other groups as well? If so, check the rights in those too.
