under Settings > email > Notifications, I have turned off the option of receiving emails when an IP has been blacklisted:

However, I'm still getting mails from the PBX (or [email protected]), stating an IP has been blacklisted...

I thought If I turned off that notification, I wouldn't receive those mails anymore.

Hi @EagleRichard,

Can you tell me what the "Reason:" you're getting on the mail says?

Either: Requests rate is too high!
or: Too many failed authentications! This IP Address has made numerous attempts to authenticate with 3CX with invalid authentication details. Therefore a blacklist rule has been created denying this IP to continue sending requests.

@EagleRichard,

Can you PM me your FQDN. I'd like to block myself on purpose. However I'd like you to make sure the following options are unticked before I do:

Aha.
the second option is turned on, maybe that's the one sending the reports?

Hi @EagleRichard,

Let me know if you continue to receive the emails.
