Solved Twilio SMS problem

Hello,
we have done the whole configuration with Twilio. But on twilio side we get an error from 3cx server "Error 500: Internal server error".

What can we do? I have also attached our Management log and a picture of Twilio error!

Please help us!!

In the logs you sent (which you shouldn't make public as they contain sensitive info) i can see that Twilio is reporting error 21606.
Twilio has a document explaining what this error is and how to resolve it: https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/errors/21606

In short make sure that the number you are using is SMS capable, you are using the correct caller ID and your number is formatted in the E164 format.
